Anxiety ADHD Overwhelmed?

So tired, went to bed at 8:30, woke up every couple of hours and read to fall asleep. Up at @ 7:30 AM achey and tired. Dranke 2 double lattes, ate banana and rye with cheese. Overcome with anxiety, so went for a short walk. When I got home, the anxiety and grief were even more pronounced. When I exercise, I stop and just cry. If I go to yoga or guided prayer, I often have spontaneous tears. I hate this lifestyle. I avoid exercise, and can't understand the grief anxiety when I DO exercise. This is decades old. How to change? Trying harder--performance (climb mountains, XC, overtime working hours, counseling) don't make me successful or peaceful. Went off ADHD meds about 2 months ago, after about 18 months of trying different combinations...I'm pooped, walking in grief, staving (barely) off desperate. Why do I just stop and cry in the middle of a hike or jog (I cannot go on without just a total breakdown). Alone I can just cry, with friends, I have to stifle this. What will help ME be at peace with ME? Why do I just break down, even during EXERCISE?

Horse joints keep going out of alignment?

I have a 5 yr old Tb mare. She has been passed around a bit because she has a history of intense out of the blue bucking. When I got her she was fine for a few months and I rode her several times. Then all of the sudden she started rearing and bucking again. I had a trainer evaluate her and they said she needed Chiropractic work. So I had the Chiro out and sure enough almost everything was out. she went through 3 sessions, showed improvement and was cleared to go back to the trainer. But she keeps popping out. Her back went out again the moment they started working her. Then after the Chiro came out to pop her back in, the very next morning her Stifle was popping out. You could see when she walked the joint popping. The trainer said she felt that this mare has some type of joint disease and I will have to continue to have her adjusted every time I work her. That just laying down, rolling and getting up can pop her out and require a Chiro visit. They also say they feel this is why she would have the out of the blue bucking (I agree). Has anyone herd of this before? Where a horses joints just will not stay in alignment. All over the body?

Yeah Clair's a tough cookie to beat in that game, since she has Dragonair, and her dumb Kingdra I suggest starting with Gyrados using Dragon Rage (since it always does 40 damage), also the Beedril with Toxic Spikes will be very usefulm if lucky your Togekiss's Mentronome would help. If you used Beedril to use Poison spikes then sent out Pidgeot to keep healing itself with Roost, if any faint just sent out Krabby to faint then use another, you'll get it as long as you heal

At any rate, you could pray for her and learn more about her beliefs in case she eventually has the grounds for divorce. I say this because we follow the advice in the Bible to "marry only in the Lord". So, if you're not at least studying the Bible and making an effort to learn more, she most likely won't be interested. However, I'm not saying to do this just because you love this woman. ever since my gpa in highschool was a .7 ive come to terms with the fact the only employment i could ever get was in the military. Can a jehovah's witness and a Catholic marry and have a happy life together?

My wife was a disfellowshipped witness when I met her, so I didn't think she was serious about her faith. She engaged in regular holidays and was totally cool. When we got married, she fought hard to get back into her congregation. It took a while, but she eventually got reinstated. I never went with her to meetings during this time, so she did it solo. I figured my indifference would stifle her resolve, but I was wrong. She doesn't push her doctrine down my throat, she is usually pretty cool about stuff, nor does she force me to go to meetings. I am conflicted because when my extended family gets together during holidays, I'm usually there alone or with my daughter and my wife stays at home. I fee llike a fool, so half the time I don't go to basically protect my pride, but I kind of miss my family sometimes. What can I do? Note: I will never convert to JW, even though some of their doctrine makes sense, the rest, such as the destruction of all those who are not JW's at armageddon, the false prophesies, the rejection of blood, is complete hogwash. On a different note: The bible was written by men, normal men, inspired by god, perhaps, but still written by some group of clerics way back when. The JW faith is based merely on one man's interpretation, one man out of billions! Was he right? I don't think so. It would be as if I decifered the bible and created a new religion based on that. Why is math so hard for me but everything else is extremely easy?

I'm almost eighteen, and ever since started school as a young kid I have always had considerable difficulty in mathematics. So much so that i was almost completely math illiterate until my freshmen year of high school. I took three years of algebra in high school and never advanced onto a full geometry class. Most freshmen are in geo and most seniors are either in calc or statistics by the time they graduate. Yet i can barely grasp the concepts of algebra. However, I don't even have to try in anything else. Its kind of an oxymoron, but i excel extensively in the sciences. Chemistry was a breeze and i was fascinated by it, and physics was so easy and again i was fascinated by it. I'm an academic freak when it comes to physics and chem, spending hours learning and teaching myself even after I've taken the courses. The supposedly advanced math concepts like vectors in physics were easy for me to learn, i think because I actually knew how i was using the math. Still i can't get pass a dumbo math class course to save my life. I'm also fascinated with history (as i am known to be a history buff) and love to write fiction. Pretty much my life is surrounded by intellectual pursuits. It just frustrates me considerably that people around me come to me for academic help, and I have no problem understanding and even expanding upon complex scientific concepts, but I can't do the stupid class room math. Anyone know why this might be? I have aspergers as well as dyslexia so i've always wondered if it might have something to do with it.

Repeated abcess in the same foot?

My sister's tb came in out the field very lame, initially the vet thought it was something in his hip or stifle but thankfully it's turned out to be an abscess instead of something nasty. This is the second abscess he's had in the same foot within a couple of months. We' know what we're doing with treating it and our farrier came and opened up the abscess on the sole but because it took a couple of days to accurately diagnose the abscess it's also burst out at the coronet band. It's right at the front of his back hoof. He's getting it poulticed a couple of times a day and is on painkillers but I was wondering if there could be some residual infection from the first abscess (it was round to the side) and if antibiotics would be indicated? We are speaking the vet on monday about this as well as our farrier. He's barefoot and has never had shoes on (he's 5) and we have no intention of shoeing at all if possible.

I really think it is a terrific team. Your Bronzong and Shuckle strategy is great, although I don't see why shuckle would need protect. I think you should loose protect for a good physical move. Your skarmory is good, although it should have a physical attack. Again I would loose protect because you would already have used double team once or twice, making it hard to even hit skarmory in the first place. Forget that for steel wing is what I would say. Rampardos is great, because you could probably use a good attacker. Akakazam is also very important for your team, being able to defeat a good one or two pokemon before getting knocked out. Slaking should be your last resort, if you can't defeat a pokemon than you should send out slaking to get it out of your way. In the end I would rate your team 8/10

Life is overwhelming for me. Am I made to live?

I can't eat and I can't sleep. My thoughts just won't leave me alone. People tell me not to think too much but I cannot help myself. I hate that I don't have all my answers. I hate living. I hate depending on people too because I truly think no one really cares. No one listens. All they do is judge immediately and it's extremely frustrating for me to open up and be vulnerable. Hence, I turn to the net. Sometimes, I feel so broken beyond repair. I really hate the emotional rollercoaster... it is true that I have troubles taming my thoughts. My imagination is not very kind to me. After all the impending thoughts, I feel insecure, scared and depressed. Right now, I just do not feel safe living anywhere. My mom, she doesn't get what I mean by I do not feel safe. She sees my circumstances and nothing seems wrong. On the inside, however, I really do not feel safe. Once again, I am typing aimlessly. It could be that I am depressed, there is a knot in my chest and I can't breathe. Whenever I get this, I wish I could scream at the top of my lungs or cut myself. Life is too overwhelming for me. I totally agree. Drugs should only be used if it is absolutely necessary for things like dental work, shoeing and trimming, and things that will cause harm to the horse or person if not drugged. Some people use drugs to calm the horse when there is a buyer. I think that is totally wrong! Trainers and owners should properly train their horses in the first place to get rid of unwanted behaviors, or they should twitch them in certain cases. The saddest and most necessary situation is when the animal is in pain from an injury that cannot be healed. I think that is one of the most necessary of them all considering it with help the animal to have some peace.

I'm gonna be turning 19 in a couple of months and I still live at home, I'm currently not working but have worked in the past, I have my license but not my own vehicle. We live on the outskirts of the city so it's either a long walk or a 2 hour wait for the bus. Well my mom recently left cause of a family emergency, and I'm stuck here with my step dad, we barely talk and I don't like asking him for anything, I'm also not spoiled so that's not why I'm staying here, but I think it's the only reason he puts up with me living here. The second time it was multiple times like 6 or 5. My head shakes side-to-side and I see black areas in my vision. What do you think it could be? And what do you think could've caused it? Tummy cramps since last night?

Hi, I have been having bowel cramps since late last night, and only felt it after drinking Powerade(is it the citric acid?)and today I am just really gassy and have had several bowel movements, stools are rather similar to when someone eats a lot of fiber, sometimes stifling( I'm sorry I don't mean to sound gross), hesitating, gut churning, but not too much. Could it be hormones? I just got over the second phase(applies to women)about a week ago. I ran last night and got really overheated, and prior to that I ate dry granola. Why am i so sad about selling my horse?

7 months ago i bought my TB gelding that is six years old. When i bought him i fell in love. He was my first horse and i was so excited. Later on i found out he had so many issues. Stifle problems, back problems, hock issues, and much more. He was on 6 weeks of stall rest and his back is better but i can tell he is still in pain. He's also a very spooky horse that is full of energy. I can't ride him without getting a few rears and bucks thrown in. Everyone has brought it to my attention that i should give him away to a rehabilitation center where they will fix him up and find him a good home. I really do want this for him, but at the same time i love him and don't want to give him away. I came really close to giving him away but i had a major reality check. I was up crying the whole night and decided against it. But now i'm thinking this is what he really needs. I know i would get a new horses one that i actually feel like i belong on. So there is this guy I have liked for over 3 years now. The problem is in the beginning I was really shy and totally messed it all up. Yeah the typos were something I noticed right away but as long as you know they're there you can fix them. You finish this section off really well but when you start the "love" scene it's a bit awkward, when you start with him holding you (if it is you). I would say move into that slower, a little more dialogue before he starts holding her or make it obvious that it is a friend embrace, otherwise great story!

Should I think about it?

Age means nothing. Forget this person as her comment to you was moronic and ignorant. As long as your horse is healthy and sound and enjoying his work, you should not just retire him. Because of horses receiving excellent care and nutrition, etc., they are working much much longer now without issues. It is good you are not jumping him too much but as long as he tolerates it well, there is no cause for concern. Even if a horse has some arthritis, as long as it is not debilitating, riding him is good for him. The more he moves, the more he will be able to move. Again, sounds like this guy has a great life and he has not problems so you should absolutely enjoy him and he likely has many more years to come. My WB eventer turned 22 last August and he is wonderful. We don't compete anymore but we still get out and ride our maneuvers and he loves it as he is a "professional". I don't ask him to do anything over strenuous, but he loves his work. Again, just ignore this person as she doesn't know what she is talking about. A friend of mine has a 35 year old quarter horse that still goes on trail rides. Please. It is not a matter of the numbers. Take care and enjoy your horse. He will tell you if he can't do it anymore.

Need help dealing with my boyfriend's anxiety issues?

My boyfriend has recently been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and i'm finding it hard to deal with. He gets hyper sensitive when i tell him he's upset/annoyed me by doing something. He gets really upset and says he can't deal with me saying things like that to him yet i don't see why i should stifle my feelings just to protect his. I do try and be sensitive about it but he takes criticism so badly. I also find it strange how his anxiety doesn't affect things like going out or drinking! Attrite and Rewrite? (Navy)?

I joined the Navy DEP in pursuit of a Challenge contract. The only way to get a challenge contract is to DEP into the Navy and choose a rate and then you meet with a Motivator/Mentor who will administer the PST and evaluate you to determine whether or not to grant you a Challenge contract. To this point, I have been unsuccessful in meeting the requirements on the running portion of the PST due to shin splints caused by my own lack of running knowledge. I tried pushing too far/too quickly and have payed the price but am recovering and feel I have learned a valuable lesson. My recruiter told me I do not have enough time left in DEP to get a Challenge contract anymore and that my best option to get into the training pipeline of the rate I am after would be to just go to RTC with the rate I signed up for and go to A school and eventually try and request orders to my desired ratings pipeline. If thats my only option, then so be it. But an alternative has been mentioned to me by a few others to try and Attrite and Re-write due to the fact that I don't want to do the rating I am signed up for (the only reason I signed for the rate was because the system in place calls for a recruit to sign for any rate and DEP in before an opportunity to get a challenge contract). They said the chances of getting into the pipeline I want once I am already doing another job is very slim because there are so many people joining the Navy now. So i guess my question is, before I bring this up to my recruiter, is an attrite and re-write something they actually do to buy more time? Especially nowadays with recruiting numbers the way they are? Thanks for any help or knowledge yall can share.

I'm always depressed when I think about my life and my parents are stifling me..?

I feel like I'm worth nothing and that nobody wants me. My parents are stifling me and I can never do anything without having to tell someone what I'm gonna do. I also have Diabetes type 1. Is my new game the cause of my blackouts?

I was playing then all of a sudden I had this feeling and my head was shaking constantly then I dropped my joystick. When it happened I think Iwas either doing a super attack blast like Kamehameha or something or I was doing a pursuit attack. But it was weird. The first my had shook once. The second time it was multiple times like 6 or 5. My head shakes side-to-side and I see black areas in my vision. What do you think it could be? And what do you think could've caused it? Also to all this I took my medicine as usual. Please help me here on this, this is extremely serious. No stupid smart answers either. Please help.. ThanX :)

Why am i so sad about selling my horse?

7 months ago i bought my TB gelding that is six years old. When i bought him i fell in love. He was my first horse and i was so excited. Later on i found out he had so many issues. Stifle problems, back problems, hock issues, and much more. He was on 6 weeks of stall rest and his back is better but i can tell he is still in pain. He's also a very spooky horse that is full of energy. I can't ride him without getting a few rears and bucks thrown in. Everyone has brought it to my attention that i should give him away to a rehabilitation center where they will fix him up and find him a good home. I really do want this for him, but at the same time i love him and don't want to give him away. I came really close to giving him away but i had a major reality check. I was up crying the whole night and decided against it. But now i'm thinking this is what he really needs. I know i would get a new horses one that i actually feel like i belong on. What do you guys think i should do? I dont have the money to fix him up and this place does.

For my english class we have to do a form of rebellion against a certain thing. I personally dislike organized religion with all of their beliefs and customs. My form of rebellion will be to wear a hat for one day in school which is not allowed except for religious reasons. I will claim that the hat must be warn based on my religion and personal beliefs.
