Cga student job prospects?

I am looking into entering the CGA program without any previous work experience in the field or a degree. What are my chances were for finding employment between Levels 1-3 to start the 3 year experience requirement? All the jobs i see online require a Diploma/Degree, experience AND pursuit of a designation. I'm 43 now and don't want to waste my time and money! HELP!
