Is this a good laptop ?

Well the Packard Bell notebook is good. But not that good in case of quality.Well the reason Packard bell is better is because of it's i5 processor but this is kinda like a lost cause because if you want to compare and give an overall rating to each they are both equal. Since the 1st notebook is a Sony Vaio which is known for it's great quality and lifespan but can be compared to Packard Bell since packard in this case has better specs to run your games. If you didn't want a gaming notebook I would definitely recommend the Sony Vaio but since you do Packard Bell is good.If you really don't care about the cost and wanna max out your gaming setting. The best you can get to in a notebook is the Alienware 17x this notebook is a beast it is over High settings. Even has better graphics then any custom gaming console. In my case I have a Intel core 2 Duo (Nvidia Geforce 9500 GT 1 GB video card) with 4GB of ram (3.25 usable) Running windows 7 and Backtrack 5.
