What does it mean that this guy annoyed me so much at first?

Well actually the first time I saw him I was like o I wanna talk to that guy. Well then he started pursuit and I was kinda stranged out. The more he did the more he kinda creeped me out, but later I am feeling in love with him. It hurts because I rejected him and now I want him really bad.... I feel really bad.
