Graphic card : GT 220 ?

well , is this card good ?!! people everywhere tell me it's just rubbish , but when i looked in youtube , i was totally stanned ! i was running all new games on high settings : gta4 , crysis 2 , blackops , hot pursuit ...im really confused here !
