How can i tolerate uncomfortable family gatherings & feeling like an outcast?

You should defiantly have a sweet attitude . If you know your going to get bored ask to bring a friend along and she can also meet your "FAM" If your too , embarrassed to bring a friend , make sure you text/call a cousin in advance and tell them too , meet with you in the bathroom , and if its at a house say the front yard and then you too, stick together you wont feel so .. utterly uncomfortable and stifling
