Does the Obama administration's censorship of the news media promote transparency or stifle it?

You're obviously confused. It isn't "censorship" to not invite 1 media outlet to a fundraiser. It's quite unusual to invite any media to private affairs such as fundraisers. To try to establish that as censorship is ridiculous
